I spent over 4 years with the team at Bright Ideas.  Syed was my main con tact and it was the best contracting agency I have worked with..  Syed made my life very simple and everything was completed and resolved in a very efficient manner. He was always available on the phone and I really appreciated this kind of service. Thomas has been an excellent accountant.  I knew hardly anything about starting my own company and setting up my accounts. And i was hand held along the journey.   Getting to a point where i know some basics , but nevertheless Thomas has replied to my emails within a day usually, and if he doesn't then its only because hes on a well deserved break off work!

As i said already, the best part of this is that there is no rudeness or any judgement against me when i am asking to be walked through every single step, they run a good business which values their clients.
