  Thomas has been an excellent accountant.  I knew hardly anything about starting my own company and setting up my accounts. And i was hand held along the journey.   Getting to a point where i know some basics , but nevertheless Thomas has replied to my emails within a day usually, and if he doesn't then its only because hes on a well deserved break off work!
