Revenue = rate × days/week × weeks/year [× hours/day if hourly]. Company profit = Revenue − Expenses − Salaries (both). CT = 25% × Profit. Distributable = Profit − CT. Solo: 100% shares to Primary. With spouse: share split per inputs; spouse salary £12,570. Dividend allowance applies to each person. Spouse other income reduces their available basic-rate band and may taper the personal allowance.
Assumptions: simplified CT (flat 25%), England/Wales bands, no student loans/pensions/benefits. Estimates only.
